Person - Place Relationship: essays on how people relate to places
Just like two individuals in close proximity grow to build a relationship with each other over time, an individual also builds a relationship with a space when they occupy it. Time nurtures and strengthens this bond between the human and the space. This person space relationship is a multifaceted one with human emotions, feelings, behaviour and thought are seen to have been impacted by the design. The humans on the other hand also leave their imprints on the space they use. This relationship between architecture and psychology is what the writers explore.
